On the strength of considerable experience in the ambit of UV offset printing of plastics, Plastic Division Graf3 Srl (company owned by Graf3 Spa) was founded in 1997. The company is specialised in the production of (ISO Standard format) cards.

Over the first few years of its activity, Plastic Division already showed itself to be a domestic market leader, as it moved from strength to strength especially within the ambit of supplies to the mass distribution and telephony sectors.

With its next-generation technologies, Plastic Division (now an internal division of Graf3 Spa) can produce cards of all kinds.

The cards are produced from large-format PVC sheets. The sheets are initially printed by UV offset printing machines.
They are then sent to the lamination department where a large hot press brings together two surface layers of transparent PVC to protect the printing and provide a glossy surface (ISO Standard). The heat-laminated sheet is then cut (by shears) to produce the finished product (ISO Standard cards). According to customer needs, the cards can then be personalised by the various techniques deployed by our service department.

The card production stages then take us to the packaging department, where multiple service can be provided.

Lastly, before packing and shipment, the cards are carefully controlled by our personnel to ensure product quality prior to delivery.
